This video shows the complete cane crushing milling section of mini sugar mill of capacity 750 TCD (Tons crushing in a day - 24 Hour running condition). Video shows the cane carrier with two sets of cane cutter and thereafter there is a Swing hammer cane fibriser which makes a fine fiber of sugarcane, Then this prepared cane is transfered to Feed rake carrier which then feeds the first Mill and then the same process follows for five Mill Tandem. The mill size here is 15"x18" and all the Mills are equiped with GRPF & TRPF which enhances the cane crushing capacity of the Mills. This Mill is equipped with 15 Ton Bolier and 1.25 MW Turbine.
