Just a simple part showing some high feed milling with Iscar and Sandvik's 1" and 2" High Feed Mills on a Mazak VTC 250d/50 VMC. Iscar is a 1" Helido Feed Mill FF-EWX-05 and Sandvik is a 2" Coromill 210.Both cutters work very well. Material is 44w Mild Steel. Depth of cut for the 1" is .03 with .036/tooth with 3 teeth running at 5000 rpm for a total of 540 IPM max. 2" is .04 depth of cut with .035/tooth with 4 teeth running 2300 rpm for a total of 322 IPM max.
